Éamonn

Éamonn joined Bowe Dental in 2022 as Group Manager. With over 15 years' experience in multi-site operations management, new site development, and business growth, he brings a strong, hands-on approach to the daily administrative and operational running of the group.

Since joining, he has overseen the expansion from two to five clinics and grown the team from 14 to over 50 members. Drawing on his expertise in multi-site management and future-proofing, Éamonn has led the rollout of new software, procedures, and systems to enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and support growth.

With a strong emphasis on patient/customer satisfaction, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, future investment, and financial management, Éamonn is committed to ensuring Bowe Dental continues to set the standard as one of Ireland’s leading dental implant groups.
