A deposit is required for all appointments.
CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULE POLICY:
All appointments must be cancelled minimum 48 hours before appointment time to avoid loss of deposit. Appointments cancelled before the 48 hours period, your deposit will be applied to your new / rescheduled appointment.
NO SHOW / SHORT NOTICE:
In the unlikely event that you fail to turn up for your appointment or cancel at short notice (less than 48 hours) your deposit will no longer be refundable / transferable.
