Veneers
A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain created to fit over the front surface of a tooth. A veneer can be used to improve the colour, shape and position of your teeth. The preparation for a veneer is similar to that of a crown and bridge.
The front of the tooth/teeth is prepared and an impression is taken. This impression will then be sent to our expert lab, where they will create your veneer. This will take between two and three weeks. Your next visit will be to have your veneer permanently fitted.
Teeth Whitening
This simply procedure involves taking individual moulds of your teeth, and then custom made trays are created. You then place the whitening gel in the trays and wear these overnight for approximately 12 – 14 nights.
You will see a change in the colour of your teeth after three nights. The beauty of this treatment is that it is up to you how white you wish your teeth to go. We recommend the full 12 – 14 nights to permanently whiten the teeth. Many men undergoing the treatment will chose to do it for less time, and then top them up more frequently.

6 Month Braces
These are the most popular type of brace fitted at Bowe Dental Clinic. It usually involve treating the front teeth only, and the goal is to give our patient the smile they have always wanted.
With the 6 month braces we are able to offer both clear and metal braces. We get many patients who were previously told that their only option was to wear a brace for two years or more. Often this is not the case and the teeth can be straightened in a very reasonable period of time.
