MEDICAL CARD PATIENTS
If you have a Medical Card, please contact the clinic directly to book your appointment. Online booking is only currently available for Private Appointments.
A deposit is required for all appointments.
Hygienist Appointments: Under Dental Council regulations, dental work carried out by a dental hygienist may only be carried out as long as the patient has had an examination from the dentist in the 12 months prior. If you are new to our practice or are returning but haven’t seen a dentist in the last 12 months then you will need to book in with an examination before seeing the hygienist.
BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENTS.
CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULE POLICY:
All appointments must be cancelled minimum 48 hours before appointment time to avoid loss of deposit. Appointments cancelled before the 48 hours period, your deposit will be applied to your new / rescheduled appointment.
SHORT NOTICE:
Appointments ancelled less than 48 hours before appointment time will result in loss of booking deposit. When rebooking a new appointment, a new Booking Deposit will be required.
FAILED TO ATTEND:
In the unlikely event that you fail to turn up for your appointment or notify the clinic that you are not attending, a Failed to Attend charge of €30 will be applied to your account and your booking deposit will no longer be refundable / transferable. We understand that scenarios do occur and discretion will be used if there is a good reason for the appointment being missed.
